Pulaski Bank, started as
Pulaski Heights Bank, was formed in March 1956 to meet the needs
of Heights merchants and residents. Led by local landowners,
Pulaski Heights Bank was chartered as a state bank and was the
first bank charter granted in Little Rock since before the
Depression.
Our Assessment:
The Pulaski Bank credit card may be
right for you if you have Excellent Credit and are looking for a
card with a fixed rate and want to Transfer Balances from other
credit cards. Even though the card has a $35-$50 (gold is
$50.00) annual fee, this card can be a very good deal if you
carry high balances on other cards. The intro rate is 0% on
balance transfers for 6 billing periods, and then the annual
percentage rate (APR) is only 4.75%. There is no balance
transfer or cash advance fees, and is one of the few cards still
having a 25-day grace period. Pulaski Bank Cards
are highly recommended. |
